Public speaking at club level

Involving your school students in public speaking maintains a strong link between school and Rotary.

It is also a great opportunity to  involve non Rotarians as adjudicators.

Wonderful group of Kids and some great friendships to be made.

If your Club is not hosting this year ... consider "borrowing" a student for a week or two from a neighbouring Club.

Contact Bob or Jan Crombie to arrange (Details in your Directory).

(Please ensure all hosts have completed the necessary child protection forms)

Inter Club visits allow both the host Club to show what makes it special and the visiting Club to experience life in another town more like a resident than a visitor

The pics show the Gloucester contingent enjoying the spoils of opal mining and the way this unique product was mined.

Inverell is doing fundraising for breast and prostate cancer support...

Particularly for local support.

Our Mexican Muna team in Canberra

The District 9650 team in competition mode at old Parliament house in Canberra.

The House of Representatives is the venue.

The team consisted of Ashley Hill from St Columba at Port, Zac Rayson from Wingham High and James Pearse from Wauchope High.

No doubt many lolly bribes were used to replicate the real goings on in our Federal Parliament.

Thanks to Bob and Jan Crombie for escorting the team.

Another one of Rotary's premiere youth programs.

Start looking now for a team member for next year.
