Police Awards

 Senior Constable Scott Chester from Gloucester Police Station was nominated by Gloucester club for a Rotary Community Award.  The Local Area Commander supported our club's nomination and now Scott is one of the three nominees for that award. There are five categories of awards and the winners of each category will be announced at a gala event on Friday 2 November 2012 in Sydney. From these five category winners will be selected the NSW Police Officer of the Year with a presentation of that award being made by the Commissioner for Police. The event is in its third year and is organised by the Rotary Club of Sydney with the full support of the Commissioner for Police.

 

There are 2 other nominees ... 1 from Port Macquarie and 1 from Collarenabri .. in our 9650 District.
